Will Reed – President: Will Reed began grant writing while employed at the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas from 1992-1997. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the agency receiving more than $15 million in federal and state competitive grant funds. He has since worked for the Chicago Housing Authority from 1997-1999 where his team received $5 million in federal and state grants, and also set up a separate not-for-profit organization for the agency, Safe Summer, in which its sole purpose was to raise funds to support existing and new youth programs and senior activities during a time when the Federal Budget began to undergo massive cutbacks. He then spent two year at the Detroit Housing Commission as the Manager of the Resident Services Division where he was directly responsible for the development of the department and writing and administering grants. From there he was hired as a consultant to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in Cleveland, OH to stabilize their Resident Services Department. This included the writing, awarding, and administration of $3.5 million in federal funds. He is currently working for the County of Santa Barbara California in the Housing and Community Development Department. He is the Management, Assessment, and Planning Manager for the department. He is the chief grant writer for the department. Additionally, he monitors grant related projects, as well as conducts the administration of grants in accordance with Federal and State regulations.

Carl Cooper – Vice President and CFO: Carl completed his undergraduate studies at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology of Ministry, with an emphasis in Family and Christian Counseling. Carl has been writing grants for one year and has serviced many small churches in the West Palm Beach, FL area. He has also written grants for the West Palm Beach Police Department. His background in Law Enforcement has helped in research and proposal development. He is also the team leader in Grant Management Services. Certified by the Institute of Police Technology and Management for Human Diversity and Racial Profiling, Certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation from the University of Miami Maryland in Peer Counseling, Post Traumatic Stress and Employee Assistance Programs.
