Rock Solid Professional Development and Team Building is a comprehensive approach to developing world class, winning organizations from Directors to Line Staff. Using a variety of interactive games and communication activities, your team will become more motivated and focused on achieving the organization’s ultimate goal – CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!
The key to highly successful teams is coachability. When employees are coachable, many things happen. Of them, the two that are most revered are:
- Overall morale increases.
- Success Coaching skills are passed along in the workplace, creating a more positive environment.
Webster’s defines a team as: a number of persons associated together in work or activity; or a group on one side (as in football or a debate). Our mission is to assist organizations with identifying the strengths and weaknesses of its employees, and then teaching individuals to channel positive energy towards the goal(s) of the team.
Team building is an effort in which a team studies its own process of working together and acts to create a climate that encourages and values the contributions of its team members. Everyone’s energies are directed towards problem solving, task effectiveness, and maximizing the use of all members’ resources to achieve the team’s purpose. Sound team building recognizes that it is not possible to fully separate one’s performance from those of others.Team building will occur more easily when all members work jointly on a task of mutual importance. This allows each member to provide their technical knowledge and skills in helping to solve the problem, complete the project, and develop programs.
Professional Development and Team Building trainings are available in 1 and 2-day sessions. The design encourages participation and communication while at the same time, promoting the TEAM. With interactive team building, your team will:
- Communicate more effectively by understanding personality traits and learning styles.
- Discover “new” things about fellow employees as well as themselves.
- Understand the importance of working together and how “pieces” fit together.
- Learn how to effectively deal with conflicts and handle corporate disappointment.
- Participate in fun and energizing activities that boost morale, trust, and respect.
- Address the emotional turmoil and resistance stages of a personal transition triggered by change.
- Understand how to resolve internal and external conflicts.
Tuition for training covers all materials. Training costs are as follows:

1 Day: $300/person for groups of 20 or less.
1 Day: $5,000 for groups of 20 or more.
2 Day: $500/person for groups of 20 or less.
2 Day: $9,000 for groups of 20 or more.

A deposit of 50% is due at least 2 weeks prior to the training, and the balance is due at the conclusion of the training.
